In Volume 6, we shared the foundational structure inside UnbreakableOS:
- One calendar-year goal for Finance
- One for Growth
- One for Operations
These three goals set the destination for your business this year — not as vague hopes, but as specific, measurable outcomes you’re building toward.
To stay aligned and on track, we introduced the idea of Unbreakable Cycles™ — a monthly rhythm that helps you move intentionally toward those goals. You can download that PDF again here and read more about setting up UOS Cycles in volume 8.
This week, I’m giving you a simple new tool to help you see the progress you’re making and ensure every cycle is connected to where you’re headed.
Each month, you or your team chooses one Unbreakable Cycle Priority in each domain:
· Finance
· Growth
· Operations
Each priority should be clear, achievable, and aligned to one of your three annual goals. Then at the end of the month, you use the Execution Tracker™ to record what got done. It creates visibility, encourages ownership, and shows how small, focused moves lead to significant forward motion.
Annual Goals:
· Finance: Improve net profit margin from 14% to 20%
· Growth: Add $250K in new residential contracts
· Operations: Reduce average job time from 5.5 days to 4 days
Use the domain organizer worksheet to establish your domains and your annual goals. You can download the PDF here.
Unbreakable Cycle Priorities — May:
· Finance: Updated labor pricing structure and communicated it to all clients
· Growth: Closed $48K in contracts through new homebuilder partnership outreach
· Operations: Launched job-site prep checklist for all crew leads to reduce downtime
These are coordinated steps — tied directly to where the company is headed this year. And once you see it on the tracker, something clicks: the work is getting done. It’s making a difference.
Download and use the Decision Pitch Worksheet (DPM) and put together cycle priorities for each domain. You can get that worksheet here.
